Our service and maintenance department consists of a highly skilled workforce of experienced engineers. These engineers efficiently and politely service and maintain all of the major types of heating systems currently available. Whether you’re a homeowner or the maintenance manager of a factory we are dedicated to providing a friendly, professional service. All our engineers are trained in customer care procedures.

We will service and maintain each and every system with the minimum of fuss and disruption to the occupants and will ensure we leave everything as we found it, disposing of any waste safely and securely. We provide maintenance services to approx 15,000 appliances every year, tracking annual service dates, to remind you when work is due, and issuing the appropriate safety certificates.

Our service and maintenance work covers appliances of all fuel types for the following:

  • Domestic central heating
  • Domestic fire and cooking equipment
  • Commercial central heating, water heating and space heating (direct and indirect fired, radiant tube, etc.)
  • De-stratification fans

  • Installation of gas pipe work
  • Testing and purging of gas pipe work
  • Landlords safety certificates
  • Electrical safety tests and remedial work
  • Call out / emergency response

It might sound strange, but the best time to get your heating system serviced and maintained, is in the spring, summer or autumn. But when you think about it, it makes sense. If anything is wrong, the last thing you want is for your system to be out of action on the coldest days or even a long delay in getting a heating and plumbing engineer out to you. Thermalair run a spring and summer programme at very competitive prices aimed at promoting carrying out non-essential maintenance during the warmer months. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
