This project was for Heating, Cooling and Ventilation System installation for Care UK Headquarters.
Project Overview
Care UK is a major provider of services to the healthcare industry. Due to their complicated business needs, They approached Thermalair requesting a redesign and replacement of their existing heating, cooling and ventilation system. Owing to the size of this job This was a major upgrade project to their infrastructure. Since they have more than 350 employees working in the building, precise logistics and planning was essential.
Proposal
We proposed decommissioning and fitting the new units in stages. Installing a quality ventilation system. Therefore, ensuring minimal disruption to the needs of the business. The hardware we recommended was from the Daikin range. This hardware included a number of VRV systems. The Daikin VRV system is a multi-zone air conditioner with variable refrigerant flow control. Additionally, It gives the ability to maintain individual zone control in each room and floor of a commercial building.Furthermore, the Daikin range offers efficiency and reliability in cooling and heating.
Outcome
Subsequently, Thermalair was able to install the new system in a timely manner without any negative effect on operations within Care UK’s business, utilising a staged install.
